“ Excellent Chinese restaurant that we occasionally visit when returning to Surrey to see my parents. We had a takeaway recently and the food was as good as ever, lovely fresh flavours and generous portions. Not oily or greasy like some other takeaways. Highly recommended. ”

“ I have been going to this restaurant for years, during Covid I was ordering pick ups. This is the best Chinese food for miles around and worth the price. I’ve left this review as the most recent review left is not fair at all, I have requested dishes without meat and happily paid the same price as it is replaced with more veg etc. this place is fantastic ”

Its not a cheap takeaway, not quantity over quality, its a nice restaurant with good food and prices in line with that. Inside the restaurant feels welcoming, and the people there equally warming, and nicely decorated for the lantern festival! I've read some previous low comments about cost and taste and not sure what expectations usually are. I can only assume they prefer more cheaper places that laden their food with bad ingredients rather than more authentic cooking. I'm glad that the owners seem to have stayed true to themselves, and continue with what they believe in. Obviously respect that some will have differing opinions, but I can say as a British guy with a Chinese wife, spent time in China, been to many Chinese restaurants, can cook quite a bit of Chinese food too, this is a good selection for good food at a good price. ”
